Introduction to Meditation Retreat
Pause. Observe. Transform
10th June – 14th June
A Five-Day Journey with Drupon Ma Gyalten Samten
Meditation is both a timeless wisdom practice and a practical method for living with greater clarity and compassion. Taught by the Buddha as a path to freedom from suffering, meditation trains the mind to become steady, aware and kind. Yet its benefits are universal – accessible to anyone, regardless of background or belief.
In this five-day course participants will learn the foundation of meditation: Mindful awareness of the breath, understanding thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them, cultivating calm (samatha) and developing insight (vipasyana) into the changing nature of experience.
Each day builds upon the previous one, allowing understanding to deepen from concept into direct experience. Whether one seeks spiritual depth, emotional balance or a deeper understanding of the mind, this five-day immersion offers a foundation for a lasting inner transformation.
